• Maximum two persons can be accommodated per suite

• No parties or events
• No children under 16 years

Booking Policy

• Your reservation will only be confirmed once a 50% deposit has been paid by bank transfer, MasterCard or Visa and your estimated time of arrival has been given.
• Remaining 50% of the full reservation fee is payable at least 30 days before arrival.
• If your arrival date is less than 30 days from when you book, 100% of the booking value is required to be paid to confirm your stay.

Cancellation Terms

• To confirm your booking, please pay 50% of the total reservation value within 48 hours. The balance is payable at least 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations received more than 90 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus bank charges.
• Cancellations received between 90 and 31 days before arrival will forfeit 50% of the total booking value.
• Cancellations received less than 31 days prior before arrival will forfeit 100% of the total booking value.

Check In/Out

• Check-in is between 14h00 and 18h00. Please provide an ETA within this period to ensure someone is on the premises to conduct check-in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Check in later than 18h00 may be arranged at a cost of R400.
• Check out time: 10h00.
